Procurement Directorate ensures that all products and services needed by our University to carry out its activities are procured in the shortest time and under the most favorable conditions in accordance with the Foundation Higher Education Institutions Tender Bylaw. It ensures that the procured goods are stored and delivered to the units.

Vision: To create more sustainable advantages in all purchasing activities by creating an electronic purchasing system as the Procurement Directorate, and to be a pioneering purchasing unit.

Mission: To make good market research in order to use the resources of our University economically and efficiently, and to take into account the principles of transparency, competition, equal treatment, reliability and confidentiality.
